Spotless hotel, staff and food were superb. Booked a room with comfortable bed.

I thoroughly enjoyed the property and exceptional staff and location. The restaurant was excellent, it had savoury meals.

My experience was memorable, everything was well-maintained. The property was set in a stunning area. There were plenty of restaurants to eat, like La Sirena that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Pool was heated and there was an amazing restaurant on site. Pretty much what I expected: impressive hotel, reasonably priced.

Handy location, good hot breakfast, delightful employees. I enjoyed a convenient decor and fine furniture. Efficient check in and smooth check out. The property was right next to Penzance downtown. The beach nearby was fantastic and the view was glorious!

Wi-Fi was very poor, made me a little nervous.

The staff was very excellent and the location was best possible - altogether a really nice experience. There was top breakfast with porridge and bacon as well. There were lovely beds and iron/ironing board and a radio in the queen room. Besides, parking was onsite, that's important for me.

The service was exemplary, the staff was flexible, fantastic value for money. A sandy beach, decent view. And it was adjacent to a bus station. Lovely vegetarian breakfast - well presented cereal and eggs. Restaurant in hotel was nice and the pool area was incredible.

Shame the bathroom was very dated.

My room was authentic with a view over marina. The touristic location, friendly attentive staff - joyful hotel. The continental breakfast was well organised with lots of food. They made my stay exceptional. Furthermore, the area was relaxing.

Great value, a FANTASTIC stay. The breakfast was included and had lots of meals. Our rooms were big and very clean.

Near st michael's mount and all the action. It is close to the airport...

the location was right by everything we wanted to do. a useful base for exploring penzance.
